Erik Steudle is a Financial Advisor and Senior Partner at Good Life Financial Advisors of NOVA. He has eleven years of financial services experience. Prior to joining Good Life Financial Advisors of NOVA, Erik worked as a financial advisor and was the director of financial planning for a local wealth advisory firm. Prior to this, Erik worked for two major banks, both as a branch manager and private banker to High net worth clients. His tenure in banking has allowed him to help clients make informed decisions when it comes to banking. Erik understands how various credit strategies like mortgages, lines of credit, etc. fit into a client’s financial plan. He also is able to help clients cut through the noise when it comes to how retail banking works, to help optimize cash management strategies. All in all these combined experiences have led Erik to his firm conviction and guiding principle: financial decisions are best be made within the context of a comprehensive financial plan. Helping his clients pursue their financial goals is his greatest award.
As a native of Michigan, Erik met his wife, Susana, while attending Michigan State University. They moved to Woodbridge, VA in 2008 where they are now raising their three energetic sons – Benjamin, Nicholas, and Jacob. At one time Erik was a competitive cyclist competing in pro-am events across the disciplines of mountain and road biking. Erik now finds himself enjoying the outdoors whenever he has free time. As a former Eagle Scout, he is active in his oldest son’s Boy Scout Troop. When not helping clients pursue their financial goals, Erik truly enjoys a weekend of camping, fishing and grilling food over a campfire in the evening.
